We were founded in 2018 with a clear purpose. We wanted to provide a different type of consulting services and company to work at. In todays complex IT landscape and high rate of change, relying on our individual skills and experience alone is not enough, instead we need to harness the collective intelligence of teams.

With a firm foot in agile principles and theories on group dynamics we strive towards creating an organization based on trust, honesty and a mutual interest to evolve as a collective.

    We work in a fully digital and distributed environment which means that it's up to you to decide where you want to work. From home or at our office located in downtown Stockholm. If you're located outside of Stockholm we'll provide you with either a home office setup or co-working membership in your home city if available.
